“I am excited,” Martin will state. “Barack Obama has done everything he can to sabotage our film project, and to sabotage me personally. His dirty tricksters constantly harass me with illegal activity. He wasn’t able to stop me or my film.
“The film is an outgrowth of our original investigative trip to Hawai’i in October, 2008. After learning I was seeking an interview with his grandmother, Barack Obama also appeared in Honolulu. Over the past year Obama and his thugs have done everything they can to disrupt my research and investigation into his past:

“Obama tried to smear me with a front page story in the New York Times. That backfired. The more Obama tried to stop me, the more I was able to stop him.
“White House operative Robert Gibbs tried to smear me on Fox News. That backfired as well. On and on it goes.
“Why is Barack Obama obsessed with me? Because, unlike many of his critics, I have maintained a scrupulous commitment to searching for the truth and trying to find the facts about this elusive person. That’s why we went to Honolulu, and that’s probably why Obama followed me there.
“We originally planned to release the film last summer. But Obama’s harassment delayed production. Obama’s operatives have stolen some of the tapes we produced last April in Washington. We have filed suit to recover that property.
“We continue to search for the truth and seek to find the facts.
“Our first film is short, but it places Obama’s missing past in visual context.
“There are several critical points I would like to make today.
“First, Obama continues to refuse to release his original typewritten 1961 birth certificate. What is he trying to hide? The facsimile document that he released is missing significant data.
“Second, Obama claims he was born in a Honolulu hospital. That fact is also unproven. The hospital will not release its records.
Unlike some of Obama’s critics, who claim he was born in Kenya, I have found no evidence to sustain that claim. My expert opinion as an investigator and researcher is that Obama was born somewhere in Hawai’i.
“Third, when I speak as a candidate for the U. S. Senate, I am an opponent of Barack Obama’s political agenda. Indeed, I am Obama’s toughest adversary, running in the primary against Obama’s biggest Republican supporter, Mark Kirk. Mark Kirk's political agenda is Barack Obama's agenda.
“Fourth, when I speak as an author/investigator/artist, I speak to the truth, not to an agenda. I have been relentless in searching for the truth and working to find the facts about Obama. I have not massaged the facts of his life to fit my political agenda, and I do not cut my political agenda to conform to his past. The roles of political leader and author/producer are distinct, and I respect that distinction in my work.
“Fifth, when I work as a candidate/political opponent I do inject my views. As a writer/producer, I insert my artistic opinions and my creative analysis.
“Sixth, when we began pre-production earlier this year, Obama was at the peak of his power. It was difficult to obtain financial support. We produced this short feature on a budget. We simply did not have the resources necessary to do a complete treatment. In the film, we appeal for more money to continue our research.
“Now that Obama’s influence has begun to decline, people are renewing their interest in his unknown personal records and opaque family history. Once again, I have one-upped ‘Barry O.’ Because he delayed my project, Obama insured my film would arrive at a time when there is growing public interest in his peculiar biography. My new film is a first step in discovering Obama’s unknown past.
“Seventh, during the past several months, the Illinois process for ballot access, called ‘petitioning,’ virtually took over my life. Petitioning took precedence. Now that I am on the ballot, I have more control of my schedule. When my senate campaign schedule permits, we will again work in the courts to fight for access to Obama’s historical records as well as developing new projects.
“Eighth, Barack Obama would probably not satisfy all of his opponents and end speculation about his past if he released his original files to public scrutiny. But he could eliminate a lot of doubts about him which are held by honest and honorable Americans. That's why I call myself a ‘doubter,’ not a ‘birther.’
“The number of Americans who would like to know the truth about Obama’s past—to see his original birth certificate, his Punahou School records, his college and law school records--is growing.
The doubts which Obama creates with his secrecy will not go away with continued secrecy. They will only become more insistent, more acute and more disruptive for the Obama administration.
“Ninth, this film will disappoint some of Obama’s critics, because I acknowledge that he did in fact get more votes than the Republican, and the means by which this ‘president’ came into being reflects a fascinating story of unlikely people thrown together in an improbable story.
“We try to provide an opportunity for all points of view to be heard. As I immersed myself in Hawai’i history, I came to understand Obama better; I want people to feel we have been fair to Obama, even if he has not been fair to me. That’s the American way.

Dear General Holder and SAC Grant:
I believe my campaign for the U. S. Senate has become the target of criminal activity by supporters of President Barack Obama. That is not to say Mr. Obama himself is aware of the activity of his agents or supporters.
In order to alert you to the dirty tricks operation which is being conducted against me, and the latest acts of harassment and intimidation, I am formally filing a complaint with your offices and asking than an investigation be initiated. The actions of Judge Cheryl McCally appear outrageous. She issued a “peace order” because I filed a complaint against a dishonest business with the better business bureau. Judge McCally’s behavior is suspect.
Maryland state courts have no personal jurisdiction over me. I have not set foot in the state in decades.
The U. S. Attorney General, of course, is a political associate and appointee of the president. Therefore because the following facts invoke memories of Watergate-style dirty tricks, I wanted the highest levels of the Department of Justice to be alerted to what was transpiring at the lower reaches of President Obama’s political apparatus.
1. The applicable criminal law
Title 18, § 245 (b) “Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law,…or interferes with, or attempts to inure, intimidate or interfere with- (1) (A) campaigning as a candidate for elective office…”
2. Background facts – 2008
During the recently-concluded presidential campaign, Barack Obama’s campaign leaders determined that my activity posed a threat to his election. Obama supporters accused me of being at the center of a “vast right-wing conspiracy,” and I probably cost Obama millions of votes by relentlessly publicizing the facts, or rather the missing facts and false facts, about his past.
My book “Obama: The Man Behind The Mask” generated great controversy and my writing became the basis for books by other authors as well.
The Obama campaign then began a campaign of harassment and intimidation. In particular, Robert Gibbs appeared on Fox News to smear me with false accusations of racism based on a judicial proceeding which was over a quarter of a century old and which had no relationship to the 2008 presidential campaign.
In addition, I believe that Obama supporters also published a false “biography” of me on a web site. We are planning litigation to determine who was behind the bogus biography.
I have continued to actively oppose President Obama’s policies, as well as continued to shed light on his birth origins and links to organized crime figures in Chicago.
3. Current facts related to this criminal complaint
a. In April, I convened a conference at the Capitol Hilton in Washington, DC on Barack Obama’s missing birth certificate and educational records. The conference has a separate blog:

b. Prior to the conference I was contacted by a person who identifies himself as John Borlaza, but who apparently is fact John Gilchrist (“B/G”), 3305 Peoria Avenue, Beggs, OK 74421. B/G asked if anyone was going to tape the conference. I said no and authorized Mr. Borlaza/Gilchrest to look for a taping service at his expense. B/G located Scott Shirley of ADR Productions in Rockville.
c. It was understood at all times, as the documents confirm, that I was the copyright owner of the conference material. Mr. B/G was making payment, but I was the intended third party beneficiary of the agreement for payment between Shirley and B/G.
d. I met Mr. Shirley at my conference and his firm taped the two days of proceedings. Our interaction could not have been more pleasant. Mr. Shirley noted that he was one of the “few people” who could have taped the sessions, because his sympathies were (I’m not sure exactly what words he used) neutral to conservative.
e. After the conference ended, Mr. Shirley prepared a “trailer” or prevue of the conference, indicating that more of the conference was coming. The trailer was a very creative work and I was favorably impressed. Mr. Shirley has since removed this trailer from the Internet. Approximately 3,000 persons viewed the trailer. Mr. Shirley clearly identified me as the copyright owner in his material. (If someone sees this letter and has downloaded the trailer from the YouTube video, perhaps they will provide a copy of the trailer to me, and I will provide it to Holder and Grant.)
f. Mr. Shirley and Mr. Borlaza asked me to provide “edits” of the conference so the final version of the meetings could be prepared for posting on the Internet. Mr. Shirley sent me a watermarked copy of the original materials; I prepared the edits and sent them to him at the beginning of May.
g. Because I was impressed with Mr. Shirley’s creativity in preparing the trailer, I asked him if he would be interested in editing a video movie which we were gong to shoot in Hawai’i. Mr. Shirley said he was interested and I should send my tapes to him, which I did on my return from Hawai’i in mid-May. (The Hawai’i tapes were returned at the end of July after my complaints.)
h. I heard nothing further from Shirley for a month, so I sent him an e-mail, to which he did not respond. I also called him in mid-June, asking about his progress on both projects. He told me he would be done with the Hawai’i project in “about a week,” and I said “fine.” He said he would then complete the Washington conference and I asked him to do so as soon as possible. Once again, our conversation could not have been more pleasant, and I had no reason to suspect Shirley was engaged in a conspiracy seeking to defeat my copyright rights.
i. During July the “Obama birth certificate” issue exploded in the nation’s media, and Mr. Shirley was still silent. I did not hear from him about either the Hawai’i or Washington projects. I began to contact him by phone and e-mail because his fax machine does not work. Mr. Shirley did not respond.
j. When Mr. Shirley refused to respond, I filed complaints with the Washington, DC Better Business Bureau, as well as the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection (see enclosed).
k. In response, Mr. Shirley replied to the BBB (as of today I have not yet seen a response to the Montgomery County complaint) and said he was willing to sell me the original tapes. I responded to the BBB, and also contacted Mr. Shirley.
l. On Friday, August 7th I received a bizarre Express Mail communication from Shirley telling me not to contact him and attacking me because of my criticism of the president. Mr. Shirley or someone behind him was seeking to convert a simple business transaction into a political dispute. Unfortunately, I apparently neglected to file this letter when I left town, but I will provide it to you when I get back to my principal office. The letter was bizarre.
It became apparent to me that Mr. Shirley was no longer engaged in a simple commercial transaction, but had joined forces with Obama agents to misappropriate my copyrighted material. He is actively obstructing my use of the conference records in interstate commerce and as part of my political campaign.
m. Saturday, August 8th at about 4:15 P.M. a Cook
County Deputy Sheriff appeared at my door, forced her way in, and served me with a Maryland Court order signed by Judge Cheryl Ann McCally. A copy of Judge McCally’s bizarre documents accompany this letter. Shirley committed a criminal act in the Maryland courts when he falsely attested that he claimed he was in “reasonable fear of serious bodily injury or death.” (See attached). This was a perjurious claim, since other than threatening Mr. Shirley with legal process, I have never threatened him personally in any manner.
n. What is interesting is that in his detailed
reply to the BBB, Mr. Shirley never mentioned any threats from me, and certainly no threats amounting to a “reasonable fear of serious injury or death.” He concocted these claims for Judge McCally. This perjurious claim was concocted in order to procure the issuance of a bogus court order from Judge McCally, and to harass and intimidate me and disrupt my campaign for the U. S. Senate. I have had to put my campaign on hold while I respond to McCally’s bogus order.
o. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against McCally, Montgomery County, Shirley and Gilchrist, as well as Obama’s “John Does” who are now manipulating Shirley. Shirley is acting in a manner that reflects he is obviously being manipulated or controlled by unidentified persons. Either they went to Shirley to buy my tapes to obstruct my copyright, or he went out trying to resell my tapes to Obama sources. Either explanation constitutes criminal interference with my intellectual property. I do not know who is involved.
Outrageously, Judge McCally gave me two business days to disrupt my campaign, leave Chicago and appear in her court. This is intentional harassment by a judge whose impartiality and integrity are now subject to serious question.
p. Mr. Borlaza/Gilchrist made clear at all times that I was the owner of the copyright and, ultimately, of the tapes which contained my copyrighted material. I have not heard from B/G for a couple of months. He appears to be an increasingly suspicious presence and may in fact be an Obama operative or supporter. I don’t know.
q. Judge McCally ordered me to suspend my
campaign, leave Chicago and appear in her courtroom with two days notice. This is a significant interference with my campaign. Judge McCally is either professionally incompetent as a judge, in that she signs serious court orders which are facially bogus, or she is a political hatchet operator who is acting in concert and conspiracy with Shirley and his Obama-related operatives. No sensible judge would act the way she did.
r. Because Mr. Shirley’s accusations were patently false and perjurious, he committed a criminal act in the Montgomery County District Court. I am contacting the prosecutor’s office to proffer charges.
4. Request for federal criminal investigation
a. Barrack Obama and his supporters are not going to be allowed to use the federal and state judicial machinery as part his plan to harass his political opponents, either directly or indirectly through the use of fronts such as Shirley.
The idea that Obama operatives have conspired to essentially take control of a person such as Mr. Shirley, and to seek to obstruct my access to my intellectual property, all of which related to Obama’s missing birth certificate, is as close to a Watergate-style conspiracy as I have seen in a long time.
I bear the president no ill will, but I am a political opponent who is a candidate for his former senate seat. The idea that he is taking people like Shirley and using them to harass me with perjurious accusations is a federal criminal matter.
As I indicated at the beginning of this letter, Obama himself may be unaware of the actions of his operatives. But he is responsible for their conduct. This latest episode comes as a part of a continuing pattern of dirty tricks by Obama’s associates directed against me personally, and my professional and political activity.
I therefore ask that you open a criminal investigation, and appoint either the Northern District of Illinois or District of Maryland to conduct a criminal investigation of Shirley, Judge McCally and their associates.
I also ask to be called before one of the grand juries sitting in one of those districts to testify about the facts of this episode.

Mr. Shirley noted that he was one of the “few people” who could have taped the sessions, because his sympathies were (I’m not sure exactly what words he used) neutral to conservative.
e. After the conference ended, Mr. Shirley prepared a “trailer” or prevue of the conference, indicating that more of the conference was coming. The trailer was a very creative work and I was favorably impressed. Mr. Shirley has since removed this trailer from the Internet. Approximately 3,000 persons viewed the trailer. Mr. Shirley clearly identified me as the copyright owner in his material. (If someone sees this letter and has downloaded the trailer from the YouTube video, perhaps they will provide a copy of the trailer to me, and I will provide it to Holder and Grant.)
f. Mr. Shirley and Mr. Borlaza asked me to provide “edits” of the conference so the final version of the meetings could be prepared for posting on the Internet. Mr. Shirley sent me a watermarked copy of the original materials; I prepared the edits and sent them to him at the beginning of May.
g. Because I was impressed with Mr. Shirley’s creativity in preparing the trailer, I asked him if he would be interested in editing a video movie which we were gong to shoot in Hawai’i. Mr. Shirley said he was interested and I should send my tapes to him, which I did on my return from Hawai’i in mid-May. (The Hawai’i tapes were returned at the end of July after my complaints.)
h. I heard nothing further from Shirley for a month, so I sent him an e-mail, to which he did not respond. I also called him in mid-June, asking about his progress on both projects. He told me he would be done with the Hawai’i project in “about a week,” and I said “fine.” He said he would then complete the Washington conference and I asked him to do so as soon as possible. Once again, our conversation could not have been more pleasant, and I had no reason to suspect Shirley was engaged in a conspiracy seeking to defeat my copyright rights.
i. During July the “Obama birth certificate” issue exploded in the nation’s media, and Mr. Shirley was still silent. I did not hear from him about either the Hawai’i or Washington projects. I began to contact him by phone and e-mail because his fax machine does not work. Mr. Shirley did not respond.
j. When Mr. Shirley refused to respond, I filed complaints with the Washington, DC Better Business Bureau, as well as the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection (see enclosed).
k. In response, Mr. Shirley replied to the BBB (as of today I have not yet seen a response to the Montgomery County complaint) and said he was willing to sell me the original tapes. I responded to the BBB, and also contacted Mr. Shirley.
l. On Friday, August 7th I received a bizarre Express Mail communication from Shirley telling me not to contact him and attacking me because of my criticism of the president. Mr. Shirley or someone behind him was seeking to convert a simple business transaction into a political dispute. Unfortunately, I apparently neglected to file this letter when I left town, but I will provide it to you when I get back to my principal office. The letter was bizarre.
It became apparent to me that Mr. Shirley was no longer engaged in a simple commercial transaction, but had joined forces with Obama agents to misappropriate my copyrighted material. He is actively obstructing my use of the conference records in interstate commerce and as part of my political campaign.
m. Saturday, August 8th at about 4:15 P.M. a Cook
County Deputy Sheriff appeared at my door, forced her way in, and served me with a Maryland Court order signed by Judge Cheryl Ann McCally. A copy of Judge McCally’s bizarre documents accompany this letter. Shirley committed a criminal act in the Maryland courts when he falsely attested that he claimed he was in “reasonable fear of serious bodily injury or death.” (See attached). This was a perjurious claim, since other than threatening Mr. Shirley with legal process, I have never threatened him personally in any manner.
n. What is interesting is that in his detailed
reply to the BBB, Mr. Shirley never mentioned any threats from me, and certainly no threats amounting to a “reasonable fear of serious injury or death.” He concocted these claims for Judge McCally. This perjurious claim was concocted in order to procure the issuance of a bogus court order from Judge McCally, and to harass and intimidate me and disrupt my campaign for the U. S. Senate. I have had to put my campaign on hold while I respond to McCally’s bogus order.
o. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against McCally, Montgomery County, Shirley and Gilchrist, as well as Obama’s “John Does” who are now manipulating Shirley. Shirley is acting in a manner that reflects he is obviously being manipulated or controlled by unidentified persons. Either they went to Shirley to buy my tapes to obstruct my copyright, or he went out trying to resell my tapes to Obama sources. Either explanation constitutes criminal interference with my intellectual property. I do not know who is involved.
Outrageously, Judge McCally gave me two business days to disrupt my campaign, leave Chicago and appear in her court. This is intentional harassment by a judge whose impartiality and integrity are now subject to serious question.
p. Mr. Borlaza/Gilchrist made clear at all times that I was the owner of the copyright and, ultimately, of the tapes which contained my copyrighted material. I have not heard from B/G for a couple of months. He appears to be an increasingly suspicious presence and may in fact be an Obama operative or supporter. I don’t know.
q. Judge McCally ordered me to suspend my
campaign, leave Chicago and appear in her courtroom with two days notice. This is a significant interference with my campaign. Judge McCally is either professionally incompetent as a judge, in that she signs serious court orders which are facially bogus, or she is a political hatchet operator who is acting in concert and conspiracy with Shirley and his Obama-related operatives. No sensible judge would act the way she did.
r. Because Mr. Shirley’s accusations were patently false and perjurious, he committed a criminal act in the Montgomery County District Court. I am contacting the prosecutor’s office to proffer charges.
4. Request for federal criminal investigation
a. Barrack Obama and his supporters are not going to be allowed to use the federal and state judicial machinery as part his plan to harass his political opponents, either directly or indirectly through the use of fronts such as Shirley.
The idea that Obama operatives have conspired to essentially take control of a person such as Mr. Shirley, and to seek to obstruct my access to my intellectual property, all of which related to Obama’s missing birth certificate, is as close to a Watergate-style conspiracy as I have seen in a long time.
I bear the president no ill will, but I am a political opponent who is a candidate for his former senate seat. The idea that he is taking people like Shirley and using them to harass me with perjurious accusations is a federal criminal matter.
As I indicated at the beginning of this letter, Obama himself may be unaware of the actions of his operatives. But he is responsible for their conduct. This latest episode comes as a part of a continuing pattern of dirty tricks by Obama’s associates directed against me personally, and my professional and political activity.
I therefore ask that you open a criminal investigation, and appoint either the Northern District of Illinois or District of Maryland to conduct a criminal investigation of Shirley, Judge McCally and their associates.
I also ask to be called before one of the grand juries sitting in one of those districts to testify about the facts of this episode.

Tuesday Keith Olbermann pilloried someone for questioning Obama's "natural born" status ("Worst Person in the World"). Lou Dobbs apparently said he was going to contact the Hawai'i governor to demand release of the birth certificate. Lawsuits continue to fly everywhere.
In my opinion, the issue of Obama's birth certificate is eventually going to explode. As public doubts about Obama's leadership grow, and his programs and policies draw increasing opposition, issues that were ignored during the 2008 campaign are going to be revivified.
One of my birth certificate petitions remains pending before the Hawai'i Supreme Court. And there is a great deal more litigation to come in the Hawai'i court system.

We are going to do a fund raising appeal to complete our Obama film that was shot on location in Hawai'i and needs final editing before being posted on the Internet. "Obama: The Hawai'i Years" will provide a plausible theory of why Barack Obama's father is not Barack Obama, but rather why Frank Marshall Davis is the biological parent of the president.
Whether one accepts or rejects the "Davis" theory (and many people reject it), the film will offer the first coherent video presentation of Obama's Hawai'i origins.
I wish we could have finished the editing sooner. But we work on a shoestring and the string is a little short right now.
Second, we convened the first National Conference on Barack Obama's Missing Birth Certificate in Washington in April, 2009.

The editing of that Conference is also delayed due to lack of funds. But we are trying to raise money to complete the editing.
I have done a lot of thinking about the "natural born citizen" issue since the Conference. The Conference (which will be posted in segments on YouTube when we finish) will stimulate even more debate because I attempt to offer a law professor's understanding of how a modern court would address the "natural born" question.
Frankly, I wish we had the money to host a second conference on the "natural born citizen" issue alone, because it is a fascinating constitutional question. Right now, no funds are available. To be clear, I accept no compensation for my efforts on behalf of those who question Obama's origins. The only money we solicit is funds to cover operating expenses (filing fees, express, travel, etc.).
The lack of any personal financial interest leaves me clear to state the truth as I see it, free from any pressure. What I have to say does not always please everyone. But I call'em as I see'em.
While I am the generally accepted paterfamilias of the Obama birth certificate industry, the movement has grown far beyond my own individual actions. I am obviously not in control of all of the permutations. In order to maintain our own internal quality control, we produce our own events and I prepare my own litigation. Generally I avoid commenting in public on the efforts of others.
Still, Obama has done me the compliment of attacking me personally (through Mr. Gibbs) because he realizes that due to my measured and professional approach, my efforts pose the greatest long-term threat to his birth certificate secrecy machinations.
What is increasingly clear that as doubts about Obama grow, the birth certificate question will continue to metastasize and become an increasing headache for Obama & Co.
Robert Gibbs and Obama continue to defraud the public. Obama has never authorized release of his original, 1961 typewritten birth certificate. Claims to the contrary are untrue. I do not know what information Obama is trying to hide on the original document. I only know that eventually that piece of paper will become public; when it does Obama will suffer a self-inflicted wound because he delayed release and lied to the American people.
Stay tuned. The birth certificate controversy is growing every day.

Today's the day! We are en route to Honolulu to find the facts and tell the truth about Barack Obama's Hawai'i years.
Obama supporters in a frenzy as our team returns to Honolulu
Last October, Obama's supporters were apoplectic when our investigative team arrived in Honolulu. None of the mainstream media had bothered to look into Obama's Hawai'i past. They pretended he was from Chicago. He was twenty-four years old before he moved to Chicago.
Obama supporters have gone into a new mudslinging frenzy at the prospect of our return to Honolulu today.
Friday, on the eve of our Saturday departure, Obamabots hacked into our Facebook account and tried to mangle our site. We have corrected their smears. Why do the Obamabots get so scared every time I head for Hawai'i? Maybe they know something you don't know. Yet.
It is truly extraordinary that only Rush Limbaugh and I are attacked by name by Barry O and his goose-stepping little brownshirts in the White House. Their smears must tell you who really worries Obama & Co: Limbaugh & Martin. (Note: I have no connection with Rush.)
I take all of BHO's dirty tricks as a compliment. He and his supporters fear nothing so much as they fear the truth about who and what Obama is. Can you imagine what we would be able to do if we had 1/10th of the financial resources the Obamabots have? Because of my passion for the truth, most of the time I will be living in a roach motel and eating junk food in Hawai'i, just to be sure the movie project gets done. The more Obama's supporters smear me, the more energized I am.
A disappointing note
We did not receive any financial support for our new lawsuit against the Hawai'i Governor and Attorney General, so we will have to scrap efforts to keep fighting for access to freedom of information materials about Obama in Hawai'i.

Movie planning in Honolulu is going great. We hope to do an outstanding job for the American people. Our shoestring operation will hit the ground running in Honolulu Saturday.

Today's the day! We are en route to Honolulu to find the facts and tell the truth about Barack Obama's Hawai'i years.
Obama supporters in a frenzy as our team returns to Honolulu
Last October, Obama's supporters were apoplectic when our investigative team arrived in Honolulu. None of the mainstream media had bothered to look into Obama's Hawai'i past. They pretended he was from Chicago. He was twenty-four years old before he moved to Chicago.
Obama supporters have gone into a new mudslinging frenzy at the prospect of our return to Honolulu today.
Friday, on the eve of our Saturday departure, Obamabots hacked into our Facebook account and tried to mangle our site. We have corrected their smears. Why do the Obamabots get so scared every time I head for Hawai'i? Maybe they know something you don't know. Yet.
It is truly extraordinary that only Rush Limbaugh and I are attacked by name by Barry O and his goose-stepping little brownshirts in the White House. Their smears must tell you who really worries Obama & Co: Limbaugh & Martin. (Note: I have no connection with Rush.)
I take all of BHO's dirty tricks as a compliment. He and his supporters fear nothing so much as they fear the truth about who and what Obama is. Can you imagine what we would be able to do if we had 1/10th of the financial resources the Obamabots have? Because of my passion for the truth, most of the time I will be living in a roach motel and eating junk food in Hawai'i, just to be sure the movie project gets done. The more Obama's supporters smear me, the more energized I am.
A disappointing note
We did not receive any financial support for our new lawsuit against the Hawai'i Governor and Attorney General, so we will have to scrap efforts to keep fighting for access to freedom of information materials about Obama in Hawai'i.

Movie planning in Honolulu is going great. We hope to do an outstanding job for the American people. Our shoestring operation will hit the ground running in Honolulu Saturday.
Washington conference posting delays
I spoke too soon. The Washington, DC conference on Obama's missing birth certificate will be a few days late being posted to the Internet. We'll alert you when it is available.

Aloha. I would like to give you updates on Operation Aloha Obama II and also on our dramatic movie project "Obama: the Hawai'i Years." In addition, we have the possibility of filing a new lawsuit against Hawaii's Governor and Attorney General.
I have just finished editing the April 3-4 Washington, DC National Conference on Obama's Missing Birth Certificate. We hope to start posting the entire conference on the Internet in a few days. The preview is posted at:

I encourage you to get back to me when you see the new postings. Although we were operating on a shoestring as usual, I think we focused on useful material and performed a valuable service that will draw attention to the unanswered questions about Obama's origins.
"Obama: The Hawai'i Years," starts production in Honolulu in just two (2!) days. Please share our excitement! We have received a lot of helpful suggestions, as well as offers from persons who want to be interviewed. We think we are going to have a blockbuster movie on the Internet. And, yes, we still need money to pay for more taping and editing, so if you want to contribute, make an online donation or send us a check. If we had more money, we could also shoot more tape in Hawai'i. You will not be sorry you contributed.
Finally, a new lawsuit. I am convinced that the Governor and Attorney General are violating Hawai'i law. These people are crooks. There is no "standing" problem suing in Hawai'i. If we can raise money to cover the costs of filing the lawsuit (approximately $500), I am ready to file a new case against these thieves next Monday, May 11th. There will, of course, be ongoing expenses after the case is filed.
It would be a pity if I went all the way from New York to Hawai'i, and we lacked the funds to file a new case and oppose the corruption in that state. I can fight, but I can’t do so without your financial help.
Only one Obama lawsuit is moving ahead in a court of proper jurisdiction: on or before May 24th we will file a brief in the Intermediate Court of Appeals for the State of Hawai'i seeking to release his original birth certificate.
But, while other Obama opponents may now be fighting among themselves and suing each other, my anti-Obama team is working diligently with only one goal, to find the facts and tell the truth about Obama. We follow the truth wherever it leads us. Nothing less, and, nothing more.
When you contribute to our efforts, the money is not part of any profit-making operation. Every penny is plowed into the effort to seek the truth.
Bottom line: we operate on a shoestring. But we try to produce miracles with that shoestring. Please be generous if you can afford to support our mission. And always keep us in your prayers. We are up against a very bad bunch of people.
I have an outstanding five-year track record of digging into Obama's past. My credibility is clear and established. That is why the Obamabots hate me. As for others, who increasingly seem to spend more time suing each other than fighting Obama, you be the judge.
